At Craft Coffee WB, we take great care in sourcing, roasting, and packing our coffee products. Due to the nature of coffee and food items, our refund and return policy is outlined clearly below.
We do not accept returns on coffee beans, ground coffee, or any consumable products once they have been delivered. This is to ensure freshness, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.
However, a return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
The package was tampered with or opened during transit
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is damaged during shipping
The wrong product was delivered
The product is unusable due to packaging defects
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds based on taste preferences, as coffee flavour is subjective.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability. Replacement products will be shipped after verification of the issue.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
