Green tea traditionally come from a Chinese tea variety. Our green tea choices are long or rolled leaf and dependent on the seasonal flush cultivation in Darjeeling. Flavors and aromas of Darjeeling green tea changes throughout the year. Many people, brew green tea much too strong. There is a subtle method to brewing green tea. Be patient. It is not a leaf that is in a hurry to express itself. White tea is exceptionally difficult to brew and most drinkers need the patience of Job to enjoy it. We do not serve white tea as our population is not that patient.
